Celebrity Formal Hairstyles
I think it comes a moment in every person’s life that he or she must get ready for a formal event and has no idea what to do with the hair. The truth is that men have an easier job, because since most of them have short hair, they have nothing very special to do with it. On the other hand, most women have longer hair and it might be very good for them to take a look at some celebrity formal hairstyles.
The first celebrity that you should take into consideration is Scarlett Johanssen. At one point she had a gorgeous updo that looked very fresh and romantic and it is great for a formal event. To achieve the look you should apply some curl cream on damp hair and let it dry to add a wavy texture to it. Then blow dry the hair while scrunching to create some defined curls that in the same time are soft as well. If you happen to have straight hair then you should use a curling iron to create the curls in the bottom half of your hair. Once you are done with the curls, gather them into a loose bun and secure it with pins. Pin the loose curls to get them out of your face. Apply some strong-hold hairspray for extra hold.

Vera Farminga also draw the attention upon herself at one point by having an updo that looks great with long bangs. To steal her style you should apply some texturizing foam and blow dry the hair thoroughly. Apply some styling gel to the bangs and curl them back by wrapping them around a round brush. To get the perfect bangs you should angle the brush upward, blast with hot air and uncurl it slowly. The next step is to create a low ponytail at the nape of your neck and in order to hide the elastic, wrap the hair around the root of the ponytail to hide the elastic, thus creating a thick bun. Tuck the ends beneath the bottom of the bun and secure it with pins. Add a sparkly clip or pin to the side of the bun to spice it up and apply some strong-hold hairspray.

We shouldn’t forget about Kate Hudson either when it comes to celebrity formal hairstyles. At one point she had a hairstyle that is a fun variation of a classic updo. You should start by applying some soothing cream and blow drying the hair using a paddle brush to achieve straight hair. Lift the hair on the top of your head and back comb it to add volume to the look. Once you are done you should gather your hair into a loose ponytail and create an off-balance French twist by twisting it to the side. Secure the twist with bobby pins and tug them under the twist to hide them. Brush the bangs to get a wispy look and let them loose, falling on your ears. To finish the hairstyle you should apply some hairspray for an extra hold.
