Fingernails are part of the exterior aspect of a person and so, their look is essential. Not only the self respect but the respect for the everyone around is what has to determine a person to take care of its fingernails. But sometimes it takes more than this.
Fingernails are representative for the state of health of a person. Believe it or not the fingernails show you first when something goes wrong. How can one depict a problem? All these mean vitamin less, problems more. Start including in your daily meal more dairy products, more fruits and vegetables.
