Fingernail Color
Fingernail shape, fingernail color, cuticles and any other feature of the nail reflect ones person’s health. Not every sign you notice is necessarily a serious disease cause, but it may be an external factor that affects the nail surface and structure. The general appearance of the nail, taken as a whole and separately for each finger, says much about our health. Thus, colors, streaks, points or streaks on the nails in different shades may be considered meaningful signs and alarm on a nail health.
Usually, a healthy fingernail color is pinkish, straight, and glossy, with the crescent of the nail white, visible and variable width. Vertical streaks on the nail don’t always indicate a problem, unless they are very pronounced. There are also hereditary or birth defects of the nail (thickening, swelling, various defects in growth and positioning).

White spots on nails are the subject of several theories. It is believed that this was lack of calcium, but these may be due rather to lack of zinc. Also, some points of the nails can occur in response to periods when the peripheral circulation is slower, or they may be caused by different strokes. Generally, the spots disappear after a while. If they persist too much, you should be doing a survey to detect any diseases. Fingernail color can tell a lot about our health: For example, pale nails tell us a sign of poor blood condition, anemia, low energy of liver and kidney.
Also, people who are ill with cancer or leukemia have pale nails. Purple nails show a high content of fatty acids, cholesterol, but homeostasis caused by using heavy fatty or salty foods. In these cases, the functions of the heart, kidneys, excretory and circulatory system work much harder. Fever is the first alarm. Blue heart and lungs nails show an imbalance, while yellow-green nails tell us that our liver is weak or some liver diseases. Black lines under the nail are a sign of depression, and those red spots indicate lupus or irregular tissue diseases.

Other signs of the nails that could be a warning sign are streaks that can occur to people with cold extremities. Also, other signs are streaks on the nails, which can have an external cause (shots) or internal (arthritis, digestive problems, fever, severe diets, liver disease or mental-anxiety and depression) – especially if the grooves are deep. Clefts on the nail are signs that lead our mind to poor visualization, so your nail and body need water. If it is not a disease, nails can grow easily waved when cuticles are pushed to the root with a metal object.

Art manicure and cosmetics, in general, use a wide range of colors, in all their shades and tones. Choosing a specific color of nail polish may be based on reasons of harmonization with colors or matching clothing, lipstick, eye shadow or hair, or, on the other hand, it can be an instinctive action which testifies the essential features of a woman’s inner.
