After letting the entire tea out of the tea bag one must cut a small piece from the tea bag and then put it on your broken fingernail. Fiberglass, which is usually used for fake nails is also a very good solution for broken and damaged fingernails. One has to cut a small piece of fiberglass and cover just the split not the entire fingernail. Glue has to be applied on the fiberglass so that it will be clearly dried out and it will as well create a smooth surface. After the entire process is over one should apply a clear coat and then nail polish to cover the repair.

Apart from fixing this kind of fingernail splitage, one may as well try and prevent it by using some vitamin supplements, by using a fingernail oil and strengthener. Whichever the decision will be, leaving your fingernail in a bad situation is by no means an alternative.
