Nails are exposed every day to water and dry products, such as soap. So your nails become fragile, and prone to peeling easier. To protect your nails from detergents, it is better to wash the dishes using rubber gloves. It is very important that from time to time you leave your nail to breathe, no nail polish or varnish on it, just possibly covered with a layer of special solution with vitamins. If you want to give some joy to your nail, then a natural treatment could be the ideal solution for the sake of your Fingernail Health. If you do not know any such treatment, here are some ideas:

- For nail bleaching lemon juice is ideal. Soak your fingertips in a cup with lemon juice, wait several seconds and then remove them. Do not wash your hands on these twenty minutes.
- For brittle nails, effective treatment is a warm olive oil. Heats a little oil, take a brush and apply a little on the nail, as if they give the lake. Make sure the oil is warm, not hot!
- If your nails are exfoliating and easily, then the honey is the solution. Apply it on the nail and leave it half an hour.
- Also for Fingernail Health, vitamins A and E help to strengthen and prevent peeling. Buy some ampoules of vitamins in the pharmacy and apply the same technique – anoint your nails with them and let them act a few minutes.

Tips for beautiful nails: An exfoliating treatment based on salt and lemon strengthens nails and to restore healthy appearance. Kitchen salt mixed with a few drops of lemon and a little massage oil and nails. The mixture is great if you have discolored nails. Then soak your nails in milk for 2 minutes because it has natural elements that nourish the nails and makes them strong. Do not cut cuticles because besides the risk of infection, cuticles will grow more. Push them with a stick.

Emergency treatment would be to rub your nails with olive oil or the contents of a capsule of vitamin E. The nails will be more flexible. Nail polish is a protector, but if you leave too much on the nail, it may turn yellow and spots will appear. From time to time to let your nails breathe. Manicure should be done once a week.
