Artificial; breathing is also needed as in the first aid situation.

After all, it all depends on the quantity. In case this is an unfortunate accident it means that the recovery period is a shorter one, with no side effects. But if there is a strong intention to inhale or drink the fingernail polish remover, as a suicide option, unusually the quantity is a whole bottle. Unfortunate, there is no hope for one in this situation. As wanted, it will pass away.
