Generally speaking hair is a thing of great value: for a woman long hair is sensual and attractive, for a man it is the sign of masculinity. So, the hair defines the appearance. But not when it grows on different parts of body, for example on the upper lip. Upper lip hair is for a woman a nightmare. It is obvious and unaesthetic. As for a man it is normal and appreciated. Waxing as a solution for hairy lips is also efficient on long term. The hair will not appear sooner than 3 weeks. Being so, the investment is for once on month.
As I was saying there are different ways of doing this: with cold or hot wax. The hot one is indicated for those with highly sensitive type of skin, as this is less painful. But the whole difference between these two types of wax is about the possibility to do this procedure at home. The cold wax is on strips, easy to handle without any help, while the hot wax needs a special bowl to warm it and use it.
The extreme method is to recur to laser procedure. This affects hair root and stops its appearance. Partially or totally, depending one each one’s pilosity. It costs much more indeed but so you will have no hair problems at all.
As a conclusion, hairy lips are a commonly met situation. For a women it is the sign of masculine hormones existing, a medical issue that can be solved with several treatments. But still, it will exist as it is normal to appear. But even so, there are numerously options to remove it and eliminate the unaesthetic aspect.
