I don’t think that there is one person in the whole world who didn’t hear about Hannah Montana before: children know it, parents know it, grandparents know it, and everybody knows it. It has become something major, although it all started with a television series called Hannah Montana. It all started in the 24 March, 2006. The series presents the double life of a teenage girl played by Miley Cyrus. The name of the character is Miley Stewart and by the night she becomes Hannah Montana, the singer on the stage. Nobody knows her real identity besides her family and close friends.



I don’t know if the producers anticipated the big success that the sitcom will have, but at this point we know that it has become global and now there is clothing with Hannah Montana, shoes, accessories, bags and everything you can think of. There are some things that you wouldn’t even imagine. Hannah Montana started something major: it has become a unique style and little girls all over the world wish to become just like her.

If there are so many things with Hannah Montana, it is just natural that there must be Hannah Montana manicures as well. This can be understood in several ways. As I have already mentioned, she (meaning the character) created a unique style that is easy to recognize and I have heard a lot of girls saying when they see a piece of clothing or an accessory that ‘It is so Hannah Montana’. This is why we can say that there are some manicure styles that are ‘Hannah Montana’. I think that the bases of her style are colors are sparkly, shiny things.

All this means that in order to create a Hannah Montana manicure you have to use vivid, lively colors and to apply a bit of sparkling nail polish. You could try to polish the nails with a color, for example red and then apply a layer of sparkling red nail polish that doesn’t have a color, those little shiny things are in clear nail polish. You could do the same with green or any other color that you would like.

You should know that not everything that is shiny is ‘Hannah Montana’. For example putting rhinestones on your nails isn’t right for a Hannah Montana manicure at all. You should keep it simpler than that.

You could also try another way: polish your nails in a color, like purple and then draw the logo of Hannah Montana (HM) in that style that is specific for the character. I know that this needs a little talent, but after a couple of tries I think you will know how to get it done.
