Lip Care And Sun

Now there’s two different notions that I would never had thought to see in the same sentence. Why? Well, simply because they don’t really go together.

We all know that lip care and sun can’t be in the same room, as we all know that an elephant and a mouse shouldn’t be left alone in a 2 room apartment. I really cannot come up with a single reason why these two notions are put together.

Or…maybe I can. Because the sun doesn’t always have to be your enemy. If you know how to behave yourself when it’s around of course. Because, when you think about it a little more intense, you will find that these two things work together because of a very important factor, clearly stated out by the word between the two nouns. Of course, it’s all about care.

If you care about your lips and know how to take precautions they could enjoy a little sun now and then. But why is the sun so dangerous especially to the lip skin? Well, one of the very important things that you need to keep in mind before letting your lip balm that also contains sunblock, at home, is the fact that the skin which grows on your lips is the most sensible skin part that you possess. And because of that, the risk of a skin cancer developing in that area is even higher.

However, you shouldn’t get freaked out by this fact. If you use precaution, everything will be fine. One of the very important things you need to keep in mind when venturing out into the sun is that even in the winter for example,  when it doesn’t seem so strong to you (because of the lack of heat outside mostly) it really is. The sun can affect you anytime, any season if you are not wearing any protection.
