I have found a lipstick holder with mirror made of plastic that can illuminate so that you can refresh your makeup even in the dark. This type has another usage as well: it can be used as a flashlight too. It is like one of those two-in-one products.
Another category of lipstick holders with mirror are those made of leather. It was interesting to find out that even these accessories can be designed by famous designers. Of course this quality adds to the price of it, but it is said that one must pay for the brand as well. It is also a well-known fact that things designed by big names in the designing industry are of high quality.
The next type of lipstick holders with mirror I am writing about are those made of different kinds of metals. These can be plated with precious metals like silver or gold. The less expensive ones only have a look of gold, but still they look very nice and very elegant. Most of the holders made of metal can be engraved or monogrammed. This way you not only can put your monograms on, so that others will know who does the holder belong to, but you can engrave short messages as well. To make it even more valuable some holders are decorated with Swarovski crystals. This gives them an exquisite and unique look.
I have also seen lipstick holders with mirror made of porcelain. I suppose this wasn’t made for everyday use, since it could easily break if it is put in a purse together with a lot of other things. The last category of holders is the vintage, retro. These have a unique look, very easy to distinguish from all the others. Naturally they get more expensive the more time passes. Lipstick holders come in all kinds of shapes (I have seen holders in the shape of a cat) and with the most creative designs, like those with the sign of the Rolling Stones. The material varies also. Aside from the materials mentioned before there can be found holders made of mesh, silk or other fabrics.
