Lipstick That Tastes Good

The main purpose of lipstick is to give color to the lips. There is still some debate why do women want this: to be more appealing for me or so that they will like themselves more. If we think about it there isn’t too much difference between the two because if men generally like somebody than the person in question will have more self-confidence, it will be easier for her to accept her faults and so she will like herself more.

While in the past the most important thing about a lipstick was its color, today women are also concerned also by the taste of the lipstick, it might sound a little superficial, but I don’t think that anybody would like to wear a lipstick that doesn’t taste good. You might say that it was made to be worn, not to be eaten. Well, this is true but whatever you at some point you will feel the taste of it, so it is better to be prepared.

There are some brands that are well known for their taste. One of these lipsticks that taste good is the Jane brand, the Jane MegaBite Flavorful Lipstick. Although you might think that the name comes from the creator of the brand or the owner, the truth is that it actually is an acronym for juniper, aloe, nettle and elderflower all of them being ingredients of the lipstick.

People say that among the cons of the lipstick is that it tastes and smells nice, it is quite cheap and very moisturizing and it has a lot of shades to chooe from. Still it has some downsides as well (though you might consider these upsides as well) like the fact that it is quite transparent so you have to apply more layers and it is said that it wears off very fast.

Another lipstick that tastes good is the Estee Lauder Double Wear Stay-In-Place Lip Duo. This is a lovely product but it is said that it doesn’t last long enough.  Nevertheless it has nice shades and it is very easy to apply because of the non-sticky sheer formula. It is a bit watery so you have to apply more layers to achieve the color and it is best to wait a little between applying the layers.

The last lipstick that I am going to tell you about that tastes good is the Julie Hewett Oona Noir Lipstick. This is said to be organic and healthy for the lips so it has become very popular. It has a deep and in the same time subtle pigment so you can control the color you will achieve by applying more layers. The ingredients include camellia oil base, lanolin oil, beeswax, grape seed oil, vitamin E and pure essential oils. I suggest you to try these brands if taste is important for you so you will be able to choose the one that works out the best for you. You could try other brands as well or you could read some reviews about them to know what to expect.
