By this time we all know that lipstick has a long history and it has been around for a very long period still for some reason it still fascinates people. There are some debated regarding why it was created, and I think that at this point it doesn’t really matter, what matters is that we use it and we love it.
Some men say that they don’t like to kiss a woman who has lipstick on because they will get sticky, but they love to see women wearing lipstick. Isn’t this a little contradictory? I think that if they like the sight of it, they should support the effects as well. I think that nothing can be more beautiful than a woman wearing the right lipstick to the right occasion and I think that many of you would agree with me.
The fascination for lipstick isn’t present from the side of women as well. We all know that most women love to wear lipstick and they love to buy them as well, to have the most possible so they will have a wide range to choose from. The fascination doesn’t stop here, because they also like to apply it, to look pretty for themselves or for others, depending on the personality.
On the other side men like to see women with lipstick because it is a sign that the woman in question is taking care of herself and that she cares about how she looks. Besides all these positive effects, lipstick seems to be appealing for a man from a sexual point of view as well.
Since everybody loves lipstick, photographers came up with the idea to make pictures of women wearing lipstick. Besides the fact that these photos might be very artistic, they also might be a substitute in case no woman is around. I don’t want to make it sound creepy, I am just saying that everybody likes to see a good picture and in this case the picture shows a woman with lipstick. There is nothing out of the ordinary in here. Lipstick women pictures are very popular nowadays, there are some photographers that shoot a lot of pictures with this theme and create separate albums for them. I agree that this is a different topic and it should be treated differently.
If you take a look at older paintings you can see that in some cases the mouth of the woman is painted in red, showing that she had lipstick on, or the painter made it look like she had. Paintings can be considered a kind of picture of the ancestor of pictures, so we can see that Lipstick women pictures aren’t something new, the trend started long before our times, but in these days it is easier for these pictures to ‘travel’ and to e seen by a lot of people thanks to the evolution of technology.
