Manicure Sets

My opinion is that everybody needs at least manicure set because these sets ensure you that you will have beautiful nails and that you will be able to keep them nice. You don’t have to go to a manicure salon to get good looking nails. You can achieve them by yourself as well if you have the proper tools and a manicure set might always come in handy. Just think about nail emergency, like if your nail brakes and there will be some scratchy edges. I don’t know about you, but this is something that drives me crazy and in such situations it is very good to have a manicure set at hand because I can cut the nail or at least file it.
The manicure sets come in all shapes and sizes and of course, forms. There are some very traditional shapes and there are some very unconventional, like purses that have polka dots and so on. All these manicure sets contain manicure tools and the number of tools they have may vary. The most basic tools that a manicure set must have is the scissor or clipper and the nail file. There are some very simple sets that include only these tools.
The bigger sets might include besides the above mentioned tools cuticle pushers, cuticle nippers and other tools that you might find useful. There are some large sets as well that might contain up to 20 different tools.
The price of the manicure sets varies depending on the number of tools and their quality. There are some sets that are very cheap and there are some that might cost several hundred dollars. The more expensive ones are made by well known companies like Solingen and we must admit that this adds to the price.
The case that the set has might also influence the price. Those that have plastic cases cost a small amount of money and those that are made of canvas or other fabric cost a bit more. The most expensive ones are those that have leather cases, because the leather is considered to be quite expensive. There are some cases that have been designed by famous designers and I think that these are the most expensive ones.
I don’t think that it is important to buy a manicure set that is very expensive because chances are that you will get bored of it and you will buy another one anyway, even though the first one is till functional. My advice is to buy one that is in the middle from the point of view of the price or one that you really like, for example because it has an interesting look. At one point I have seen a manicure set that had the shape of a tortoise. I really loved it and I bought the set just because of that. With time I changed the tools that it had because they were of poor quality, but you might see that quality isn’t the only thing that influences the customers.
