Numb lips

The facial aspect is most of people concern. Through it one expresses its personality and succeeds or not to make good impressions. But unfortunate not everybody has an impeccable aspect, in fact few are those so lucky. The best part is that nowadays procedures in beauty domain have lots of possibilities for everyone to repair some of its imperfections.

It all starts with a thought: what if? It continues with a real fact, of going further with this intention or with more doubts and question marks. Why so? Any lip intervention has its risks and side effects. But each and every patient’s state of health contributes to this also. Many people claim that the main reason why they are reserved towards any lip surgery is the pain. Of course, everything is done under anesthesia and the only pain is the one will have to deal after the procedure, during the recovery period. But anesthesia leads to others several issues. And from here all the fear.

Numb lips and tongue is the first thing one has to deal with. As the anesthesia is done in this area one will feel no pain. Nothing odd in this, except the fact that some people will have all the mouth numb more days after the procedure. In this case, it means that the patient has other medical problems, accentuates with the use of anesthesia.

As I was saying any lip plastic surgery has its risks. But when we add patient’s unknown medical problems things are getting complicated. Do not rush to blame the lip intervention, but search the source of the problem. This is after all the whole concern: the confusion between the side effects of the anesthesia and another medical issue. In other words, many people ignore the sign of numb lips, and in some cases the tongue also, considering that is part of the lip surgery reaction. Well it is not.

Numb lips are first of all caused by drugs. Consuming any type of them leads on ling term to the sensation of numb mouth as well as dried mouth. The confusion has this time also a word to say. One is seduced somehow by the first reactions and feelings when tacking any drug. But later this will be replaced by the impossibility to feel properly the lips and tongue.

Besides this, numb lips or tongue can be a doctor’s fault. When the anesthesia is injected the area is surrounded by nerves related to lips, tongue and facial muscles. A minute of distraction or inexperience and one can remain with a temporary or partially paralysis.

All things considered, I believe that if it this written to happen it will happen. Bad events occur suddenly and with the impossibility of changing something, as an old quote says that “No flying from fate.”
