* Nails are blackened, although the rules of care pedicure manicure are rather simple and classic. Twice a week, apply a special treatment, introducing the nails into fresh lemon juice for 5-10 minutes. You should not do this more often, because dehydration can occur due to skin irritation.
* It is preferable that the nails will be permanently protected by a layer of varnish or nail polish - most such products contain vitamins that will strengthen the tissues and help prevent break nails. Take care not to apply but only up to two layers - otherwise, it is possible that over time weakened nails to become brittle.
* When you apply transparent varnish or nail polish, it is preferable to move the brush slightly, in one direction, simultaneously covering the entire surface of the nail. Not specified movements up and down - nail will not stain uniformly and probably will remain unsightly blemishes.

* For all the talk of dissolving - do not forget to apply a layer of moisturizer after using it, to prevent irritation and dehydration in the cuticles.

*Despite widespread idea according to which calcium supplement of nutrition has a positive effect on nail specialists found no evidence to that effect.
*Resist the temptation to wear excessively long nails – they are likely to break.
* When you do pedicure manicure, cuticles should not be pushed too vigorously - you can injure and also there is a risk that the normal process of nail growth was compromised. Before this procedure, put your hands and feet in warm water for at least 5 minutes - cuticles will be much easier to remove.
