Years ago the quickest and easiest cure for athletes foot and toenail fungus wasn&#039;t to slap on some tinactin...it was to let your feet breathe. 

Fungus and bacteria require moisture and warmth to grow.   If you wear open sandals or are barefoot more often than not, your feet will not develop fungus or bacteria, since there&#039;s no way for it to grow.</description>
