Fingernails are one’s label. And this is not just about women manicure. It does not matter if they are polished or not, it is just the fact that they must be clean and well groomed all the time. Dirty hands and fingernails say much more about a person. Of course, there are situations when something occurs and so, one feels powerless. But everything has a solution.

First of all, such dots appear because of a calcium deficiency. The bones structure has a lot to suffer but your whole body too. A very efficient solution is to start a vitamin cure at least one week of pills. The result will not be late to appear. But if for adults things are clear, when it comes about babies it is difficult. A treatment with pills is not recommended. And because such a situation is not quite commonly met, only your pediatric doctor can give you’re the proper treatment.

Apart from this, white dots on fingernails can be the first sign of a severe medical issue or just a tame nails problem. The first situation indicates usually heart diseases, glucosuris or worse, even liver cancer. On the other hand, it can be just some cells, dead ones that are not removed completely when washing. Also, it can be the result of a striking- if it was a painful one the nail will look as a bruise, if not it will appear a little white dot.

To put it in a nutshell, dots on fingernails have various causes. The only way to prevent such situation is to be more watchful with your hands when doing something or, in a severe situation to make regular medical analysis in order to treat your diseases. As I was saying the fingernails reveal your state of health, so that they are the fist sign of a possible precarious immunity system. For a woman things are easier, as the nail polish can hide some imperfections, but men are in difficulty. Is it not so?
