White Spots Fingernails

White spots fingernails can appear many times on the nails of the hands. In this case you should know what to avoid. From a health perspective, these signs are known as leuconichie. It is not a dangerous disease but it may indicate various medical problems. There are several causes of fading nails such as mild trauma, fungal infection, skin condition, nutritional deficiencies. Here are some ways that you can solve white spots fingernails problem:
1. Leave your fingernails grow. Sometimes spots appear because of small scratches from the trauma you have not noticed. When they grow, file them carefully removing flare.
2. Eat dairy products. White spots may indicate a deficiency of protein and calcium.
3. Lack of vitamin C. Eat it can cause these unsightly patches so eating fruit to prevent it.
4. When you clean the house, garden or other household chores, use gloves to protect your nails.
5. Protect your hands from dirt and bacteria as possible. They can penetrate the body causing infections, especially if you have a small wound that no one noticing.

6. Make your manicure with care. Cutting cuticles or push them aggressively can cause trauma to the nail which is leading to white spots.
7. Moisturizes your nails on a regular basis to keep it healthy and to prevent white areas. Try to use moisturizer as often as possible. Massage each hand angle to penetrate better.
8. Never hurt your nails by opening juice boxes or detach staples.
9. Use good quality cosmetics. Be careful because some can cause allergies that lead to the appearance of white spots.
10. Do not remove the white spots from fingernails physically, directly, or use the nail discoloration treatments. They can hurt your nails leading to the emergence of other problems.
