Wild Hairstyles

I think that there is one period in every person’s life when he or she feels a need to break free and go wild. It is most natural to feel this and I think that it is wrong for parents to try to stop this. If they are relaxed about it it will pass and everything will go back to normal. In other cases the more the parents prohibit something, the more the child will want to do it and they enter a never ending circle. This is true for the hairstyles as well. Especially teenagers are known for wanting to experiment and they try out some wild hairstyles. There is nothing wrong with this; after a while they will simply get bored and they will find other ways to express themselves.

There are many wild hairstyles and the first one that I would like you to know about is the scene or emo hair. I am sure that you have already heard about them. The word ‘emo’ refers to a rock genre and it is the shortened form of emotional. Usually these hairstyles feature long, shaggy hair and most of the people have longer bangs that are side swept to cover one or both eyes. Usually the hair is colored dark and sometimes there are some strands that have another color.

The quick wave is a hair piece that is placed on the natural hair. One can encounter this hairstyle mostly in urban areas and since this hairstyle works only for long hair, only girls have it. The flamboyant hues don’t really refer to a hairstyle, but to the color of the hair. It usually means vivid, lively colors like purple, red, pink, blue, green or any other hair color that one wants. The interesting part is that these colors are popular with girls and boys as well, especially the blue shades.

At the moment the most popular hairstyles feature straight or wavy hair and this is why most teenagers use hair relaxers. While most hairstyles are harmless, you should know that hair relaxers are made of strong chemicals that might damage the hair. They might cause burns or permanent hair loss as well. This is why this procedure should be done by a professional and only gentler products should be used. The choppy bobs are also very popular among teenage girls and probably this is due to the fact that many celebrities can be spotted having this hairstyle at the moment. This wild hairstyle features a bob hairstyle that has layers cut unevenly to give the hairstyle a shaggy look. I hope that my article about wild hairstyles will be helpful for both the teenagers and the parents because maybe teenagers will get some ideas while the parents will understand them better and they will accept them as they are and their hairstyle also. Parents shouldn’t forget to be supportive, to let their children experiment because this is the right age to do it, and if they do it now, later they will realize that the more normal they are, the better.
